At Vizient, I lead strategic research across AI, analytics, and operational tools used by healthcare organizations nationwide. Whether guiding C-suite stakeholders through future-state scenarios or embedding usability testing across product lines, I advocate for the users at every stage of the product lifecycle.

I help teams prioritize what matters most—users’ goals, pain points, and motivations and translate those insights into actionable guidance for product and business teams.
